1 bag of spinach
sliced strawberries- as much as you want
Dressing:
1 cup of sugar
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 T poppyseads
I made this salad at the brunch we had after Ella's blessing in Panaca and there were a few people who said they wanted the recipe. Well.... here ya go. I will usually remember these things after a few months have gone by. Sorry folks, hurry and make it before strawberries go out of season!!!

As for the Christmas countdown, it's someone's blog who gives you 1 thing to do each day to be ready for Christmas. Yes, I have already started getting ready. I hate being stressed during the season, I'd rather enjoy it.
